Tynn Silk Mohair is a soft bend of the finest mohair, silk, and wool. This yarn is thin, but durable. It can be knitted alone, double, or together with another yarn, resulting to a soft and beautiful surface.
Mohair is the wool of the Angora goat. This goat breedh has long, silky smooth and curly wool fiber structure. Regular wool gives this yarn elasticity and volume, while the silk adds strength and shine, holding the fibres together when the yarn is brushes. This results as a soft, light, and airy yarn with a fluffy texture.

If washed in a machine, the manufacturer recommends that all wool garnments are washed separately on a gentle wool cycle. Spin carefully, and dry your knitweal horizontally - preferably on a towel - to avoid stretching. Do not use a laundry bag while washing hand-knitted garnments. The resulting friction can make the yarn prone to felting.
