Ordering from WoolPop’s online store
Ordering from WoolPop’s website is easy, and here is how it works:
1. Select which product you want: choose the colour or size, and quantity. Add the product to cart. Your shopping cart can be found from the top right corner.

2. Check that the cart contains all the products you want to order and continue to check-out.

3. Add your contact information. Check that your phone number is in an international form (e.g. Spain +34... or Norway +47...). Our transport company will call this number, when they are delivering your package.

4. Choose delivery method.
PICK-UP: You can pick up your order without delivery costs from WoolPop’s storage in Orihuela Costa. Please contact us via phone, WhatsApp or email, so you will receive detailed instructions for pick up.
HOME DELIVERY:
If you choose home delivery, you will receive your order via SEUR transport company in 3-5 days. You will receive a confirmation email that contains a tracking code.

5. Choose payment method. When choosing card payment, you may be directed to confirm the order via your net bank, when entering your username and password.

6. You will receive a confirmation email, when the payment has been completed successfully.
We intent to collect your products as soon as possible. Usually during the same day, but the next business day the latest. Once our transport company has picked up your order, you will receive a new confirmation email.
7. DELIVERY
We use SEUR transport company and they will call you, when they are delivering your order. The package will be delivered to your home door, but in case of a closed property, they will call you when they are your gate.
In case the transport agency cannot contact you or the order cannot be delivered for some reason, you will receive a notification via email. From that message, you can order your package to a SEUR pick-up point. You can track your order from the transport company’s website by entering your tracking code at the home page.

If the information about your order does not open automatically, fill in to the opening window: tracking code, phone number, postal code, phone number, and whether you are sending or receiving an order. From this opening window you can track, where your order is and if you want, change the delivery method from home delivery to a pick-up point. These are usually stores and you can collect your package by asking the cashier. In that case, remember to take your tracking code and an ID with you.
