Refund policy

14 DAYS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Since the day of receiving your order, you have 14 days to test our products. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a refund. If you want to return your order, contact us via email at info@woolpop.com or via our contact form.

WoolPop is not responsible for broken or disappeared returns. Returned product must be flawless and packed to its original package. Skeins of yarns must be at their place. Once we have ensured the product's perfect condition, we refund the full price, in 7 days the latest.

PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSPORTATION

If your product has damaged in transportation, you must contact us in 24 hours via email: info@woolpop.com, so we can contact the transportation agency in regards of the issue. In this case, WoolPop covers the shipping fee and ensure that you receive a new delivery to replace the damaged one.

WRONG OR FAULTY PRODUCT

If your product is faulty - due to other reason than transportation - or not the one you ordered, contact our customer service via email: info@woolpop.com or via the contact form as soon as possible after receiving your order. Send us a picture of the damaged product and tell whether you want to return the product and get your money back, or would you prefer to receive a new product to replace the faulty one. Woolpop provides these for free, as soon as possible.
