14 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE!

You have 14 business days from the date of receipt to review the products and if you are not satisfied, we will refund your money. If you wish to return your order, please contact us by email at info@woolpop.com or via the contact form. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The return address is: WoolPop, Calle Niagara 44, IRIA IV, 03189 Orihuela Costa, Alicante, Spain. WoolPop is not responsible for damaged or lost returns. The returned product must be in its original packaging and without defects. The threads must have the webbing in place. Once we have verified the perfect condition of the products, we will refund the price of the products as soon as possible, but no later than within 7 days.

PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSPORT

If the product you purchased is damaged in transit, you must record this on the carrier's receipt and notify us within 24 hours at: info@woolpop.com so that we can resolve the matter with the carrier. The damaged package must be delivered to: Calle Niagara 44, IRIA IV, 03189 Orihuela Costa, Alicante, España. In this case, WoolPop will cover the shipping costs and we will arrange a new shipment to replace the damaged one.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

If your order contains damaged products, other than those caused by shipping, or incorrect products, please contact our customer service by email: info@woolpop.com or via the contact form as soon as possible after receiving your order. Send us a picture of the damaged product and tell us whether you would like to return the product and get a refund or if you would like us to send you a similar product in place of the damaged one. WoolPop will deliver replacement products free of charge as soon as possible.
