DELIVERY TERMS
BUYING FROM THE ONLINE STORE
GENERAL
Product prices are presented in product info. Prices include 21% VAT.
To order products, you must be of legal age and have a valid email address. Please check that you have entered your email address correctly when placing your order, as order and delivery confirmations will be sent to your email.
We have tried to edit the product images in the online store so that they correspond as closely as possible to the actual color tones of the products. However, it is worth noting that colors may appear different on different devices and computer screens.
If you want to add products to your order, you can do so until they have been transferred to the carrier for delivery. Additional orders cannot be placed by phone, email, or via the contact form; you must place a new order. When ordering, please indicate in the message field that this is an additional order.
There are no exchanges available in our online store. If you want to replace the products you ordered with others, you must return the products you received and order new ones.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment options include ApplePay, GooglePay, PayPal and card payments.
DELIVERY FEE
The delivery method is SEUR home delivery and the price is 4.50 euros. We currently only deliver to mainland Spain. If the order amount is over 60 euros, we offer free home delivery.
If you choose pickup as your delivery method, please contact customer service at info@woolpop.com to arrange pickup. Pickup can be arranged separately from Orihuela Costa and is free of charge.
DELIVERY TIME
WoolPop's warehouse is located in Orihuela Costa. We strive to ship ordered products as quickly as possible. However, no later than two business days. You will receive an email confirmation from us when your package has been sent to the carrier. The confirmation contains a tracking code that you can use to track your order in the carrier's website.
If any of the products you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you and offer you the opportunity to change or cancel your order.
PRE-ORDER
Each order is shipped as a single shipment. If an order includes pre-order items, the entire order will wait to be shipped until all ordered items are in stock.
GIFT CARD
You can also pay for your online store order with a WoolPop gift card. When you enter the gift card code in the field provided at checkout and press the confirm button, the gift card amount will be deducted from your order amount. For technical reasons, only one gift card can be used per order.
