PURCHASING FROM THE WEBSITE

OVERALL

The prices of the products are stated along with the introduction of the products. The prices contain VAT of 21%.

To be able to order our products, you must be a legal adult and you must have an email address that you can access. Please check the correct spelling of your email when making the order, because the confirmation of order and delivery will be sent to your email.

The pictures of the products are edited in a way that would resemble the real colours as closely as possible. However, please note that the colours can appear slightly different, depending on your screen.

If you want to add products to your pre-existing order, it is possible until your order has been left for delivery. Additional order cannot be done via phone call, email, nor the contact form, and in that case, you must make a new order. Please mark to the message section that your purchase is additional order.

Our online store does not offer the ability to switch your product. In case you want another product to replace your current one, please return your previous order and order a product. 

PAYMENT METHODS

Our payment methods include PayPal, and Shopify Payments (Apple Pay, GooglePay, Mastercard, and Visa)

DELIVERY FEE

Delivery fee depends on the selected method of delivery, and they will be automatically added to the final sum of your order.

The delivery method is SEUR home delivery and the price is 4.50€ on the Spanish continent. We only deliver on the continent area. If your delivery exceeds 60 euros, we offer a free delivery.

If you select pick-up, please contact our cutomer service via phone call or via email at info@woolpop.com to arrange the pick-up of your order. Pick-up can be negotiated to Orihuela Costa and it is free.

DELIVERY TIME

WoolPop's storage is located in Orihuela Costa. We try our best to send your order as soon as possible. The latest being 2 days after making your order. You will receive a confirmation message via email, once your order has been left for delivery. This message includes a code that can be used to track your package on the delivery company's website. 

If the product you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and offer the opportunity to change or cancel your order, if you wish to do so.

PRE-ORDERS

Each order is sent as one delivery. In case the order contains pre-orders, the order will wait as as whole to be delivered, until all the ordered products are in stock.

GIFT CARD

You can complete your payment via a WoolPop gift card. At the checkout, write the number of your gift card to the allocated space and press confirm-button, the sum of the gift card will be reduced from the sum of the order. Due to technical reasons, only one gift card can be used per purchase.
