Sandnes Garn Duo is a very comfortable yarn that can be used all year round. This yarn is suitable for the ones with an itchy skin. The combination of merino wool and cotton results as the soft and light yarn that warms well. The wool is mulesing-free, and the cotton is produced in India under responsible and superwised conditions.
The yarn can be machine-washed on a gentle wool cycle, each piece separately. Merino wool absorbs plenty of moisture, which is why it is important to spin your garnments carefully. Flat dry - preferably on a towel - to avoid stretching. Never use a laundry bag when washing wool garnments, as the resulting friction may cause the yarn to be prone to felting.
